I didn't know anyone still watched the Miss USA Pageants..but I guess they do? Inviting Perez Hilton to be one of the judges was probably the only way to attract viewers.

So Miss California aka Michael Phelps sometime girlfriend Carrie Prejean was asked a super important question by the super important Perez Hilton; and she thinks her answer may have cost her her crown.

Later in an interview on the Billy Bush Show she said

"It is a very touchy subject and [Hilton] is a homosexual and I see where he was coming from and I see the audience would've wanted me to be more politically correct," she added. "But I was raised in a way that you can never compromise your beliefs and your opinions for anything."

There's so much wrong with this.. I think if you are not interested in compromising yourself, don't run for Miss America, if you are running I assume you want to win, and if Perez Hilton asks if you love the gays your answer is YES. DUHH. This is not the platform to state your true honest beliefs..because who the hell cares honestly..aside from Perez? People are tuning in to see you strut in a bikini and smile. Gosh shes an idiot..but then again...why should this have cost her the crown?

Ehh marriage for all..its in the future anyway might as well follow Vermonts lead and then no1 will be asked questions like this.
